Profiling
All the numeric and verbal tests we use are designed and developed by occupational psychologists such as SHL, OPP and ASE. We can also offer different levels of ability tests and personality questionnaires, which are used for a number of purposes.
Selection process (for recruitment and/or promotion)
• personality questionnaires are designed to look at behavioural style and assess how individuals prefer to work
• there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ styles, but used as part of the interview process it can provide you with valuable information as part of a recruitment or development plan
• used appropriately, testing can enhance decision-making, enabling managers to have more information about the ability and potential of candidates
Outplacement (after redundancy) offers:
• guidance in mounting an effective job search campaign
• information about where suitable jobs can be found
• encouragement and support for a specified period of time whether face-to-face or by telephone
