UK LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER –Home based

As part of their plans to continue this impressive growth they seek a Logistics and Supply Chain Manager for the UK team:
The Role is to :-
1. Work closely with two major retail customers to improve our forecasting and logistic interface with them, via central and hub distribution
2. Manage a number of specific projects with other key customers where we are looking to consolidate logistics for them to enhance efficiencies
3. Consolidate medium-term forecasts for New World wines and monitor shipments/bottling programmes to ensure continuity of supply
The ideal candidate will be:-
1. Currently working in a logistic role in wine or a similar market in a major retailer or supplier.
2. Highly self-motivated, very computer literate with some understanding about ex cellar distribution
3. Prepared to work from home, but able to travel to work with customers & LGCF teams throughout the UK and at wineries in France
